Day 1 Arrival
- Arrival at Budapest Airport, welcome by our tour escort.
- Transfer by air-conditioned coach to the hotel, check – in
- Start the tour of Budapest to with visits to the Buda side.
- Castle District. The Castle District is one of the most romantic and picturesque pedestrian areas in Budapest. A medieval town with narrow colorful houses, winding streets, gas lamps and beautiful monuments. Visit the Matthias Church and Fishermens Bastion. Buda Castle covers more than a castle or the Royal Palace in the capital city, it extends to the entire historical quarter full of sites and old world experiences, Hungarian National Gallery, National Széchényi Library, Museum of Contemporary Art. Drive to the Gellért Hill,offering excellent panorama of the whole town and visit the famous Gellert Spa

Day 2 Budapest and Gödöllő
- Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
- 2nd part of the sightseeing tour, visiting the sights of Pest, the Heroes' Square with the Millennium Monument and the museums, City Park, Opera, Parliament, Academy of Sciences, the Central Market Hall and other sights. Lunch in the Market Hall
- In the early afternoon we visit the Royal Palace of Gödöllő (30 minutes drive) that is one of the largest baroque palaces and was the favourite residence of the popular Queen Elisabeth, Sissy. Guided tour, walk in the garden, visit the reconstructed baroque theatre,the first stone theatre in Hungary.
- Dinner in the Horse Farm of the Lázár brothers, the world champions of four-in-hand carriage riding. Welcome with pogácsa, apricot brandy and gipsy music
- Horse show, goulash soup on open fire, folklore show of the Gödöllő Folklore dance ensemble and the delicious traditional food makes this evening unforgettable.
- Return to the hotel
Day 3 Szentendre and Győr
- Buffet breakfast
- Check –out, departure to Győr via the Danube Bend. First we visit the small lovely town of Szentendre, in 30 min. drive to the north from Budapest. The town is so much a visual delight that many painters, sculptors and writers have chosen to live here. Meandering lanes and small squares with a mediterranean mood, serbian orthodox churches and town houses in Baroque style give a dynamic feel to this picturesque little place. Shopping posibility.
- Lunch in a local restaurant.
- Proceeding to Esztergom,the capital of the Hungarian Catholic Church. We pass by the renaissance royal castle of Visegrad and have a breathtaking view of the Danube Bend
- Arrival to Győr , check-in, dinner in the hotel
Day 4 Győr, Fertőd Castle,Sopron
- Buffet breakfast
- Short walking tour in the Chapter Hill including the visit of the Basilica, Carmelite Church,Bishops Castle and Episcopal Palace, Saint Ladislaus’ Herm.
- After the sightseeing in Győr travel to Fertőd, visit the country’s biggest baroque mansion, the Eszterházy Castle. Boat trip with lunch on the Fertő Lake
- In the afternoon sightseeing tour in the historic „town of museums” in Sopron, visit the Town Hall,Storno House, Fire Tower, Baroque Holy Trinity Square,
- Dinner and overnight in Győr
Day 5 Lake Balaton
- Buffet breakfast
- Check-out and departure to Lake Balaton.
- On the way stop in Pannonhalma Benedictine Abbey, that has been a sacred place for the Hungarians for more than a thousand years. Guided tour including the famous Library, the Winery, the Arboretum, organ concert in the church
- Lunch in the local Viator restaurant
- Proceeding to Veszprém
- Sightseeing tour in the town of the Queens,i built on seven hills. Heroes’ gate, Cathedral of St Michael,St. George Chapel,Episcopal Palace, Gizella Chapel, Fire Tower
- Drive along the Balaton uplands while you can enjoy the marvellous scenery of the wineyards and the autumn impressions of lake
- Arrival to Héviz.
- Dinner and overnight in a local spa hotel
Day 6 Hévíz, Keszthely, Badacsony Wine Region
- Buffet breakfast
- In the morning free time to relax or bathing in the lake.
- The Lake of Hévíz is the world’s largest warm water lake with renowned curative effects that has been used as medicinal bath since 1795
- Lunch on your own
- In the afternoon sightseeing tour in the neighbouring town of Keszthely.
- Guided tour in the Festetics Mansion, that is the second largest chateau of Hungary
- It is surrounded by a beautiful park and houses the Helicon Library with 86 thousand volumes including 8000 rare books.
- Free time for shopping and looking around in the city on your own
- In the evening enjoy excellent wine and food in a gourmet restaurant on the volcanic terraces of Mount Badacsony. You will be overwhelmed by this unique harmony of natural environment with traditional culture, wine and food.
- Enjoy the panorama with a glass of wine in your hand
Day 7 Pécs
- Buffet breakfast
- Travel to the southern part of Hungary, to the 2000-year old town of Pécs, called Sopianae in Roman times.
- Check in your hotel, lunch in a local restaurant offering beautiful panorama for the historical town and the neighbouring Mecsek hills
- Sightseeing tour in the afternoon, visit the Early Christian Cemetery, that belong to the World’s Heritage sites, the Basilica, the museum of the sophisticated Zsolnay ceramics,
- In the evening we take you to Villány to the southernmost wine region of Hungary where
- blue grapes are grown. The local specialities are the Portugieser (Kékoportó), the Kékfrankos, and the Cabernet Sauvignon
- Wine tasting and dinner at Gere or Bock Winery
Day 8 Departure
- Buffet breakfast
- Transfer to Budapest airport
